This Privacy Policy explains how AdTubio ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website, create an account, or use the AdTubio platform. It is maintained by AdTubio and describes our current practices.

Account information you provide, such as name, email, company, and password credentials.

Campaign and usage data generated as you set up campaigns, upload creatives, and operate the platform.

Technical data such as IP address, device, browser, log timestamps, and interaction events used to keep the service reliable and secure.

Billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan, processed by our payment provider — card numbers are never stored on our servers.

To operate, maintain, and improve the platform and its features.

We share information with vetted third-party subprocessors that host our infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, and provide analytics on our behalf. Each is reviewed for security and data-handling posture before we integrate.

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your workspace is active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate product usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in and other core features.

AdTubio is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect transferred information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the platform or the law. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
