The rules of the road.

By creating an account or using AdTubio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use AdTubio. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

You agree not to use AdTubio to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to reverse engineer the service, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data that does not belong to your workspace.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules while we investigate.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before renewal.

We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable prior notice.

You retain ownership of the creatives, campaign data, and other content you upload. You grant AdTubio a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you upload and for its compliance with applicable advertising and broadcast rules.

AdTubio may connect to third-party platforms at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

AdTubio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdTubio's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify AdTubio against claims arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms.

You may cancel your account at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdTubio is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform or the law. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, provide reasonable prior notice.
